UnfoldEast is a slow travel journal for Asia's cities — Bali to Kyoto, Chiang Mai to George Town. We're not chasing the longest list of attractions. We're after the quiet street, the local's café, the neighborhood that still feels lived-in. If a place needs to be rushed to be enjoyed, we probably won't write about it.
